ENTRANCE
The central entrance you share only with 1 other apartment. Here are the mailboxes and via the stairs you walk to the gallery.

FIRST FLOOR:
Through the gallery you walk past the other apartment to the front door. You share your own part of the gallery with no one You enter the spacious, bright hall which again gives access to the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. LIVING ROOM

The kitchen is semi-open and therefore somewhat separated from the living room while you can have contact with the people sitting at the dining table. You have access to a four-burner gas stove with hood, a combination oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and 1 ½ sink. There are kitchen cabinets on both sides so there is plenty of room to store your utensils and a supply. From the kitchen you also have a view of the shopping street.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms present in the apartment. The larger bedroom is located at the front and has a tilt-and-turn window and a balcony door with French balcony, both are equipped with a shutter. The smaller bedroom is located at the back also has a tilt-and-turn window. This room is currently set up as a dressing room/laundry room.

BATHROOM
