GENERAL:

GROUND FLOOR:
APPETIZER
The central entrance is shared with only one other apartment. Here the mailboxes are located, and you access the gallery by using the stairs.

FIRST FLOOR:
Through the gallery, you walk past the other apartment to the front door. You share your part of the gallery with no one. KITCHEN
The kitchen is half-open and thus somewhat separated from the living room, while you can still communicate with people sitting at the dining table. Here you have access to a four-burner gas stove with hood, a combination oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer combination, and 1½ sink basins. There are kitchen cabinets on both sides providing ample space to store your kitchenware and supplies. From the kitchen, you also have a view of the shopping street.

SLEEPING ROOMS
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The larger bedroom is located at the front and has a turntable window and a balcony door with a French balcony, both of which have roller blinds. The smaller bedroom is situated at the back and also has a turntable window. This room is currently set up as a dressing room/washing area.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is timeless, equipped with light-colored wall and floor tiles, featuring a bathtub with a glass screen for shower use as well. There is a sink present, along with an outlet for a washing machine. The bathroom has a large window that can be turned or tilted.

LOFT:
Through a hatch with a ladder in the hallway, you reach the spacious attic above the apartment. This attic spans the entire surface area of the apartment and here you can store lots of things that you don't need so often!

ZAWNING:
On this roof terrace you can enjoy the sun, peace and privacy wonderfully. While on the balcony you have the hustle and bustle around you, the roof terrace is an oasis of rest with singing birds. On the terrace there is a piece of artificial grass on wooden planks and under the retractable sunshade you can also comfortably sit in the shade when it gets really hot. Various wind screens ensure that you can sit here comfortably and have enough privacy. There is a garden tap, lighting and an electrical outlet. The roof terrace is let for use and this contract will be transferred to the new owner. Its use is free of charge.

GARAGE BOX:
On the ground floor, behind the central entrance, are the garages. The rear garage belongs to the apartment and is currently rented to PostNL.
